Good morning friends, my breakfast is ready here. Apple and banana smoothie, mixing with milk.To make me healthier. Apple, the powerhouse of antioxidants prevents cancer, hypertension, diabetes and gives you healthier heart. The Vitamin C and potassium in apple are good for skin, giving firm and youthful skin.Banana also decreases your blood pressure, lowers the risk of heart attack, is helpful for kidney and bone, increases energy, improves  digestion, treats acne, moisturizes and hydrates the skin. Always eat fresh fruit and not the juice, but the fruit itself.



HOW TO MAKE :

Cut apple and banana into slices and make a thick paste in the mixer by adding milk. Refrigerate and have. Keep aside a small amount, apply it topically to the skin, keep it for 15 minutes, massage the face and body with upward and circular motion. Then rinse off with lukewarm water  and see the result. You can have the benefit of milk too. The pack will give you the instant glow, remove all impurities and tan and will hydrate your whole day.
